If you or anyone you know is looking to take the real estate exam, you should come to Rick's study group! He walks you through the course chapter by chapter, quizzes you, and helps you with the course exam until you feel fully prepared to take the exam at a state level. The exam is 3 hours long, and has a low pass rate. However, don't let that discourage you. There is a LOT of information in the course that it's hard to take it all in on your own.
